The Mount Vernon Marching Band is getting ready to start up and Mr. Stone is looking for new members to be a part of the Colorguard! Colorguard is one of the best opportunities to meet new friends and for you to join a State Finalist program. You don't have to have any previous experience to be a part of the Colorguard and you will be taught all of the necessary skills you need to be successful and have a life-changing experience. This is also an exciting year to join the Colorguard because the Marching Band is traveling to Florida of Spring Break 2022 to perform at Universal Studios!!! If you want a chance to be a part of this amazing program and would like the opportunity to travel with the Marching Band, tryouts are April 26, 27, and 29 from 5:30 - 7:30 in the High School Band Room. This is open to ANYONE in ANY grade!!! If you have more questions, ask Mrs. McLimore or Mr. Stone. We hope to see you there!
