Announcements:

NaNoWrimo will start this coming Monday from 3:00-4:00.  Meet in the Sharp Lab immediately after school.  Please make transportation arrangements to pick you up on the circle drive at 4:00. 

 There are signups outside the main office for student council projects.  If you need service hours this is your chance.

 Intramurals will be on Monday and Thursday next week.

The Scholastic Book Fair starts on Monday! Dig through those couch cushions to find some change!

October 18 to October 22, NJHS will be having a book drive to donate books to Little Free Libraries in Mount Vernon. If you would like to donate, there will be decorated laundry baskets in both the trophy case foyer and the main lobby foyer to drop your books off.

Next Thursday is Family Fun Night.  It is from 6-8pm.   All students and their families are invited to come to have some fun!  We will have the pool open, volleyball, kickball, and basketball in the gyms.  Cookie walk, karaoke, bingo, free snacks, book fair, and lots of other fun times.   We will also have giveaways throughout the night for gift cards and prizes!
