 NanoWrimo will start TODAY.  Meet in the Sharp Lab after school.  Please make arrangements to be picked up at 4:00. 

 Arm Strength Training for baseball will be in the MVHS Auxillary Gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-8pm.  Any boy interested in improving their throwing mechanics and arm strength should attend.  We will be kicking off our first workout on November 2, 2021 and stop when baseball season starts in March.

There are signups outside the main office for student council projects.    Remember to bring in your package of cookies before Thursday.

 Intramurals will be today and Thursday this week.  Meet in Mr. Wolfe’s room and make sure you have a ride home at 3:45. 

The Scholastic Book Fair starts today! It will be all week and during family fun night.

This week, NJHS will be having a book drive to donate books to Little Free Libraries in Mount Vernon. If you would like to donate, there will be decorated laundry baskets in both the trophy case foyer and the main lobby foyer to drop your books off.

This Thursday is Family Fun Night.  It is from 6-8pm.   All students and their families are invited to come have some fun!  We will have the pool open, volleyball, kickball and basketball in the gyms.  Cookie walk, karaoke, bingo, free snacks, book fair and lots of other fun times.   We will also have giveaways throughout the night for gift cards and prizes!
