Breakfast Tomorrow: french toast sticks or cereal, apple wedges, fruit juice, low fat milk

Lunch tomorrow: pulled pork bbq on bun, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes with ranch, baby bakers, bananas, low fat milk

Announcements:

The Couch to 5K Primetime is hosting the 'Candy Cane & Cardio' 5K run after school on Wednesday, December 14th.  Everyone is invited to join in!  There are permission slips outside the office for anyone wanting to participate.  Please fill one out and return to Mrs. Wildeman or Ms. Wheaton before the race day to be part of the fun!
