Announcements: 

Jayden Wiggins and John Baize attended the Perry County Special Olympics track meet on Saturday.  John earned 1st place in mini javelin and 100m dash. He earned 2nd place in running long jump. Jayden earned 1st place in standing long jump and 50m dash and 2nd place in the softball throw. Congratulations John and Jayden!!

Good luck to the track team as they travel to Princeton tonight! Start time is 5:30.

There will be a student council meeting at 2:30 on Thursday in the Sharp Lab.

Attention to all current National Junior Honor Society members, all service hour forms are due by 3:00 PM on Friday, May 5.  No meeting will be held before this date.  Give forms to Mrs. Hollander or Mrs. Tucker.

The Talent Show is still looking for students to audition this week!  If you have not signed up and are interested, talk to Mr. Walker, Mrs. Brothers, or Mr. Wolfe.  

Free Physical Night is May 10th! Physicals will begin at 7pm for current 6th & 7th graders.  Athletic Waiver forms MUST BE COMPLETED by a parent or guardian before obtaining a physical. Please come to the office if you need a form. 

MV Cub Soccer call-out meeting is tomorrow, May 2nd, during homeroom in the small gym. This meeting is for any 6th or 7th grader interested in playing soccer next season. 

The 8th-grade dance will be on May 19th this year.   Dress code will apply.

The 8th-grade trip to Holiday World is May 30th. Please pick up your form in the office. Forms must be turned in by THIS Wednesday, May 3rd. If you have had an ESS this school year, you may not attend.
