A school is more than just a physical space for learning; it's a community that shapes the lives of students and families. Marrs Elementary takes pride in its tight-knit community, where students, parents, teachers, and staff come together to create a supportive and nurturing environment. Regular events, volunteer opportunities, and parent-teacher interactions foster open communication and collaboration, ensuring that every stakeholder plays a role in the growth of the students. We encourage you to join your child's classroom communication platform if you haven't already; google classroom, Bloomz, Class Tag, and Class Dojo are some of the platforms our teachers use. Joining our Facebook page will give you a peek inside our school with snapshots of classroom happenings, communication about different events, and regular reminders. Last but not least, we encourage you to get involved. If you are interested in getting involved with our PTO, our next meeting is on August 23rd at Hawg N Sauce- 6:00 PM all are welcome!
