Alter Schedule Dates for the rest of the school year.

STUDENTS:

• Mount Vernon Swimming has many options for swimming this summer. 

Need lessons? We have that. Want to try swimming for 5 weeks? We have that. Ready to be part of our club team? We have that, too.

• New and gently used prom dresses that have been dry-cleaned are located in the Wildcat Wearhouse. With prom approaching, please reach out to Mrs. Merrick in her classroom C131 or by email if you need a prom dress.

• Prom tickets will be sold April 1-12.  They are $30 each.  If you are taking a guest that does not go to MVHS, you must have a guest date form signed before you can purchase your prom tickets.  Tickets will be sold before and after school in Mrs. Hobgood's room A209 and Mrs. Walter's room A218.  The last day to purchase prom tickets is Friday April 12.

• Calling all Sophomores. Applications for Big Brothers Big Sisters at Mount Vernon are available from Mrs. Tharp in the counseling office. The deadline to apply is Monday, April 8th.

• MVHS will be hosting a blood drive on Thursday, April 4. You may sign up to give using the google form link that will be emailed to you. To give blood you must 

• Be in good general health and feeling well

• Be at least 17-years-old, or 16-years-old with parental consent 

• Weigh at least 110 lbs.
