Alter Schedule Dates:  (Chime Schedules can be found in the Employee Handbook in the Chimes Folder)

STUDENTS:

• "Anyone interested in running for a class officer for the 24-25 school year, please contact Ms. Block or Ms. Burnett by Friday, May 3.

• Art Guild Members: The end-of-the-year trip is THIS SATURDAY!!!! Only ONE permission slip has been turned. If we don't have enough people signed up the trip will be canceled. Remember Art Guild Members may bring an MVHS student guest for $20.  All signed permission slips and money owed are due to Mrs Glaser by tomorrow/Tuesday. 

• Remember to pick up your Appeal for Credit forms from Mrs. Burnett in A105.  All forms must be returned to Mrs. Burnett by Friday, May 3, 2024.  Please check your school email everyday.

• SENIORS:  You must let the counseling secretary know by May 1st if you are planning on walking in the graduation ceremony.

• Free Athletic Physical Night - Wednesday, May 15, 2024 - MVHS Athletic Foyer

• Incoming 9th through 12th grade: Pre-screening for off-season athletes will start at 5:00 PM.  In-season athletes should arrive starting at 5:30 PM.  No admittance after 6:30 PM.

• Online athletic registration for the 2024-2025 school year will open May 1 for all incoming high school athletes at mtvernon-in.finalforms.com.  If your athlete has previously registered on FinalForms, their data has been saved and you will simply need to login and review/update their information.  For those who have not previously registered, please go ahead do so!  (Be sure to choose the 2024-2025 school year!)

• Once the registration is complete, you can print the IHSAA physical form directly from the last page of the FinalForms registration.  (This saves you from having to complete the paper copy!!) The athlete and parent/guardian will both need to sign the printed copy at the bottom of the evaluation form and Page 4 MUST BE COMPLETED (including insurance information) and signed by parent/guardian and athlete prior to obtaining a physical.  

• The student athlete should bring the entire physical form with them to the FREE physical night.  If you have questions, call the Athletic Office at (812) 833-2060.

• Incoming 9th grade athletes will also be doing concussion screening.  Athletes should bring their chromebooks with them to the physical to use for the screening.
